Editorial Note
Interesting results on the native strain COL6 of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae in common bean, the variables related to the productivity of Acacia mangium, and the agronomic response of the chickpea to different soil moisture conditions appear in the second issue of the Centro Agrícola in 2017. Subjects as varied as the response of Daucus carota to the application of native microorganisms, the adaptability of promising clones of cocoa, the infection of Pineapple mealybug wilt-associated virus 1, 2 and 3 in pineapple plants, the effectiveness of plant extracts for the control of Praticolella griseola, and the diasporas of the most aggressive weeds in the agroecosystems of Cuba, can also be found in this issue. As something new to highlight are the invasive species in the Botanic Garden of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas and the impact of the Bamboo on the ground, articles that close the content of this issue.
